In June 2017, Ms. Reynolds raised funds in the United States for real estate projects spearheaded by Defendants Skyline Real Estate Investments, Paul Abeton, Frances Abeton, and Edward Declan Byrne (“Skyline”) in Ireland. The parties contemplated a partnership under Irish law with Ms. Reynolds responsible for raising private equity in the United States and arranging debt financing, and Ms. Abeton responsible for commercial activity and project development.

Abeton and Sullivan co-founded clinical trials start-up Whyze Health in 2021. The company aims to bring technology into the mix to address a dual problem of awareness and digitisation by making it easier for patients and physicians to access the latest medical trials in Ireland and beyond.
