One of the highlights is the rooftop bar, which serves tiki-style drinks in a setting that overlooks the city. You can also take a tour of the hotel’s interior, which decorated in vintage-style furnishings and fabrics.

Another swoon-worthy property is Chattanooga Choo Choo, where guests can stay in authentic Pullman train car sleepers that are now hotel rooms. A music-focused 123-room hotel, it’s located in the city’s South Main district and features EgglestonWorks speakers throughout.
The hotel’s interior designed to evoke the era while still bringing modern comforts and luxury, notes Maria Bellosta, director of the hotel. She tells CNN Travel that the restoration had to respect the “DNA” of the original station and the international railway spirit.
Architect Thomas O’Hare stumbled across Canfranc Station on his first trip to Europe in 2014 and instantly fell in love with the place. When he heard the train station was going to be renovated into a hotel. He vowed to come back again once it finished.
In addition to its stunning architectural design, the hotel has a pool, spa and three restaurants. There are 104 rooms, including four suites.
